Thinking = 1

A fragment of the reasoning ("thinking") trace.

ToolCall = 2

One or more tool calls the model wants executed (only when the conversation has tools).

ToolCallDelta = 3

A raw, incremental fragment of a tool call being generated — progress feed only, not parseable on its own; the complete parsed ToolCall chunk still follows. Emitted only when the conversation was created with StreamToolCalls.
